Albuquerque Basement Homes

There’s not too many homes in Albuquerque that have basements, but there are a few.

Back in the midwest where I come from the majority of homes have basements, but here in the desert southwest it’s not the case. In fact, today there are only 88 homes with basements listed for sale on the MLS. With 3,400 homes on the market in Albuquerque that means that less than 3% of the homes have a basement.
