Why wait to have your Alegria home built from the ground up? Trust me, having watched many people go through the building process, it may sound like fun up front, but it’s not.
Del Webb’s Alegria has beautiful homes, but there are also some outstanding community features that you should know about including a beautiful clubhouse with regularly scheduled activities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, an exercise room and walking trails.
I’m not a Del Webb employee, I’m an Albuquerque real estate agent who is familiar with Alegria, having sold several homes in the community going all the way back to the beginning of the development. Del Webb is happy to work with real estate agents like me and any commission that I earn is paid by the builder, not by you.
Why use an agent to buy a new construction home? Because you should have your own representation in the sales process. I will negotiate for you. That’s not to say that the sales people at Alegria are not friendly and helpful. They are, but they are employees of Del Webb. You should consider for yourself if working without an agent is in your best interests or not.
The only catch to using an agent like me? You need to contact me first (Call 505.803.5012), before you go there on your own. Once you have visited on your own they will tell you you have waived your right to have your own representation.
