Rich, you find it beneficial to have a variety of different websites for each area? We service the Savannah Georgia area and have a separate blog linking back to it but not sure if we should have separate websites for each of our areas.
Well, in a perfect world I could go back in time and devise the perfect strategy, but like most things it has evolved almost on it’s own over time. This domain was a domain that I had abandoned when I dumped my horrible z57 website. Once I realized it had some rank and some links I decided to put content on it to take advantage of that. Since I love real estate stats I decided to put all these here for others who love real estate stats. I think you could put everything on one site, but then you’d have to work harder to find ways to link back to your content. I think neighborhood sites are great too like my Ventana Ranch blog
we try to keep content constantly moving on our site but it’s difficult when you only have so much time during the day to blog or to write about new events. I know that some buyers and sellers look up market report so that’s very important to have.
