Albuquerque’s UNM South area is a popular Map of MLS Area 42area due to it’s proximity to the University of New Mexico (UNM), Presbyterian Hospital, UNMH, the VA hospital and Kirtland AFB. Homes in the area are older single family homes with a nice mixture of brick and stucco. UNM south is an MLS area that is frequently overlooked by home shoppers who are new to town. UNM south contains one of Albuquerque’s most stately neighborhoods, Ridgecrest.
